This Privacy Policy explains how Bloomlytix collects, uses, discloses, transfers, retains, and protects personal information when you visit our website, request a demo, subscribe to the platform, or use Bloomlytix services.
1. Our role and the scope of this policy
Bloomlytix acts as a controller for information used to operate this website, respond to enquiries, administer subscriptions, manage billing, secure accounts, and support our business relationship. When a business customer submits information about its customers, recipients, staff, or drivers to its Bloomlytix tenant, the business generally acts as controller and Bloomlytix acts as its service provider or processor.
2. Information we collect
We may collect contact and business details such as your name, work email, phone number, company name, branch count, order volume, and the information you provide in forms or support requests.
When a business uses Bloomlytix, the platform may process account details, user roles, product and order information, customer and recipient details, delivery information, payment status, support communications, and operational records entered by that business.
We may also collect subscription selections, records showing acceptance of our legal terms and acknowledgement of this policy, device and browser information, IP address, security and application logs, session data, and usage information needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service.
3. How we obtain information
We obtain information directly from you, from authorized users of a Bloomlytix customer, automatically through the website and platform, from payment and service providers, and from integrations that a customer chooses to connect.
4. How and why we use information
- Respond to enquiries and arrange demos.
- Create, administer, secure, and support accounts and subscriptions.
- Provide ecommerce, POS, fulfilment, inventory, delivery, reporting, and related platform functions.
- Process billing, maintain business records, and prevent fraud or misuse.
- Monitor performance, diagnose problems, and improve our products and communications.
- Meet legal obligations and enforce agreements.
Depending on the activity and applicable law, we rely on performance of a contract or steps requested before a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests such as securing and improving Bloomlytix, and consent where required, including for optional website analytics and advertising measurement storage.
5. Business customer data
For data submitted to Bloomlytix by a business customer about its customers, recipients, staff, or drivers, that business generally controls why the data is processed and Bloomlytix processes it to provide the contracted service. Business customers are responsible for their own privacy notices, permissions, and lawful use of the platform.
6. Payments, disclosures, and service providers
Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Payment providers process payment details under their own privacy terms; Bloomlytix does not receive or store complete card numbers from hosted checkout pages.
We may share information with hosting, email, analytics, support, security, payment, app-store, and other service providers that help us operate Bloomlytix. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business reorganization or transfer.
7. AI-assisted features
If an authorized user chooses an AI-assisted feature, the relevant prompt, product information, image, or other submitted content may be processed by an AI service provider to return the requested output. Business customers should avoid submitting information that is unnecessary for the task and remain responsible for reviewing generated content before use.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies for sessions, security, preferences, and service functionality. The Google tag starts with analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization denied. Before you choose, or after you reject optional cookies, it may send restricted cookieless consent and measurement signals to Google for aggregate reporting and conversion modelling. These signals can include page and event information, limited technical information, and an advertising click identifier present in a landing-page URL, but analytics and advertising cookies are not set and we do not send contact-form details for enhanced conversions.
You can allow site analytics and advertising measurement separately. Site analytics permission allows Google Analytics cookies. Advertising measurement permission allows measurement cookies and eligible Google Ads data to connect advertising interactions with actions such as demo requests. Advertising personalization remains disabled. We keep your preference for up to 180 days, after which we ask again. You can reopen Cookie Preferences in the website footer at any time; withdrawing a permission updates Google’s consent signals and expires known first-party Google measurement cookies for that purpose. For more information, see Google’s business data privacy information.
9. International processing
Bloomlytix and its service providers may process information in countries other than where you are located. Where required, we use contractual, organizational, and legal safeguards appropriate to the transfer and the service provider involved.
10. Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected. We consider whether an account or customer relationship remains active, contractual commitments, backup cycles, security and fraud-prevention needs, dispute and limitation periods, and tax, accounting, and other legal recordkeeping duties. We then delete, anonymize, or securely isolate information unless continued retention is required. Tenant data retention may also depend on the customer agreement, configured tools, and a reasonable post-termination transition period.
11. Security and incidents
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, role permissions, secure communications, logging, backups, and service-provider controls appropriate to the system. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security. Where required by law, we will notify the relevant authority and affected people of a qualifying personal-data breach.
12. Your choices, rights, and complaints
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to receive information about processing; access or obtain a copy of personal information; correct inaccurate information; request deletion or restriction; object to certain processing; request portability; withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and object to decisions based solely on automated processing where applicable.
To exercise a right, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting. Business end users should usually contact the business that operates their Bloomlytix storefront or app first. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office, the UK Information Commissioner’s Office, or another competent data-protection authority where applicable.
13. Children
Bloomlytix is a business platform and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website.
14. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where required.
