How plan limits work

  • Internal users are your team members who log in to manage business operations.
  • Website customers, customer app users, guest checkout customers, suppliers, and delivery recipients are not counted as internal users.
  • Branches and drivers are counted separately and can be extended with add-ons.

Yes. Every paid plan includes Bloomlytix modules for ecommerce, POS, inventory, delivery, staff operations, purchase invoices, cash tracking, reports, and AI growth tools. Pricing is based on users, branches, drivers, and customer mobile app requirements.

What is an internal user?

An internal user is someone from your team who logs in to manage operations, such as an owner, manager, admin, staff member, fulfilment user, POS user, or support user. Customers using your website or app are not counted as internal users.

Does Starter have a setup fee?

No. Starter has a $0 setup fee because it is designed for a simple web launch and self-onboarding.

Why do Growth and Pro have an App Launch & Onboarding Fee?

Growth and Pro include white-label customer mobile apps. The one-time fee covers onboarding, branding configuration, app preparation, testing support, launch assistance, and operational setup support.

Can I add more users, branches, or drivers?

Yes. Extra internal users, branches, and drivers can be added through monthly add-ons. Add-ons are capacity-based and do not split core Bloomlytix modules into separate charges.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can start with Starter and upgrade to Growth or Pro later. If customer mobile apps are added during the upgrade, the relevant one-time App Launch & Onboarding Fee applies.
