A simple first setup
From download to your first receipt.
Set up each computer once. Your printer choices are saved for everyday use.
Install the app
On Mac, open the DMG and drag Bloomlytix Printer into Applications. On Windows, open the EXE and follow the installer.
Choose your printers
Open the app, select USB or Bluetooth for receipts, and choose your label printer if you use one. Save your settings.
Print from Bloomlytix
Print a receipt or product label from your store. Approve the store connection when prompted, then keep the app running.

Business Manager is for Bloomlytix tenants and their staff. Sign in with your existing business account. Your subscription, role, assigned branches and permissions determine which features and records you can access.
Which printers can I connect?
Compatible ESC/POS receipt printers can connect by USB or supported Bluetooth channels. Label printing uses a compatible Bluetooth label printer. Printer support depends on the model and its printing protocol; contact us if you are unsure.
Does the printer app need to stay open?
Keep the app running while you print. You can close its settings window and it will continue in the background. Enable “Start automatically at login” and save your settings to launch it when you sign in to your computer.
Will I need to reinstall for every receipt change?
Routine receipt and label content changes come from your Bloomlytix store. A newer desktop installer is only needed when the printer app itself changes. Download the latest version here when an app update is required.
